Elizabeth Troy, M.S., is a New York Times bestselling co-author of "The Stash Plan," an integrative nutritionist, fascia and meridian therapist, and educator with more than three decades of experience guiding Olympic and professional athletes, Harvard scientists, executives and families toward genuine, sustainable health.

A graduate of Columbia University’s Teachers College with postgraduate training in integrative medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Troy has built a rare interdisciplinary practice uniting functional nutrition, fascia science and somatic leadership.
