Eldeen Pozniak

Eldeen Pozniak is an internationally recognized safety professional, consultant, and speaker who brings over 25 years of experience to organizations worldwide. She is the CEO of Pozniak Safety Associates Inc. in Canada, CEO of Diggins Safety Consulting, and Vice President of As One Consulting in the U.S. A Certified Professional Speaker, she is celebrated for her humor, storytelling, and down-to-earth approach that makes complex topics accessible and memorable.

Drawing on her consulting practice and personal experiences, Pozniak delivers well-researched, insightful, and timely messages on leadership, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, and workplace safety. She has presented keynotes, seminars, and workshops to audiences around the globe, helping leaders and teams re-examine their choices and strengthen their safety culture at both work and in life.

Pozniak holds an MBA in Leadership and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development. Her professional designations include Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC), Certified Health and Safety Management System Auditor (CHSMSA), Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (FIIRSM), and Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health in the UK (CMIOSH). A trusted advisor to government agencies, corporations, and educational institutions, Pozniak has earned numerous honors for her contributions to health and safety. She has been named Safety Professional of the Year in Canada at both regional and national levels, inducted into the Saskatchewan Safety Hall of Fame, and recognized by ASSP as one of “100 Women Making a Difference in the Safety, Health and Environment Profession.” In 2017, she was further honored with an invitation to Buckingham Palace for her contributions to global safety.
