Courtney Thomas is a mindfulness coach, wellness innovator, and the founder of The Bodhi Effect, a platform focused on guiding individuals toward authentic self-alignment. Thomas has facilitated yoga, meditation, one-on-one coaching, live retreats, virtual studio sessions, and mindfulness courses for more than a decade.
