Clint Kofford, Ed.D., is a seasoned talent executive, coach, and author with 20+ years of experience driving change in Fortune 100 companies and private equity-backed firms. As Vice President of Talent and Learning at Mars, Inc., he redesigned global leadership development and led the cultural integration of Banfield Pet Hospital. At Nike, as Senior Director of Global Talent Management, he enabled the company’s shift to a new operating model. At Johnson & Johnson, Kofford served as Global Head of Talent Development/Chief Learning Officer, where he redesigned the executive leadership programs and led a major organizational redesign in J&J’s $12B Immunology business. He has also served as Chief Talent Officer for companies backed by JAB, TPG, and CD&R, guiding growth and turnarounds at firms like Asurion, National Veterinary Associates, and Covetrus.
With a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and degrees from Vanderbilt and BYU, Kofford co-authored "Creating Meaningful Change," which helps leaders navigate change with greater impact.
