Claudia Chan

Claudia Chan is a New York Times-recognized author, transformational leadership speaker, and culture innovation expert focused on workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion. She shares how her Christian faith has evolved over time, what it means to lead with conviction instead of conformity, and how to stay grounded in love and truth in a divided world.

Chan is the founder of S.H.E. GLOBL Media, a leadership training company that partners with leaders and Fortune 500 companies to advance equitable and thriving organizational cultures. Her work emphasizes humanizing the workplace, and she developed the Whole-Life Leadership Framework, which guides leaders and organizations to foster cultures of purpose, inclusion, and well-being as the foundation for high performance, retention, authentic brand reputation, and social innovation.

Chan delivers the Whole-Life Leadership Framework through keynotes, training retreats, the S.H.E. Summit conference, coaching, and a certificate program, engaging hundreds of companies. As an entrepreneur and UN Women Champion for Innovation, Chan has been invited by the U.S. State Department for international speaking tours and has been featured at the UN Foundation Girl Up Leadership Summit as one of eight global leaders, appearing alongside Michelle Obama, Meghan Markle, and Hillary Clinton. Chan is the author of "This Is How We Rise" and host of the Whole Life Leadership podcast.

Chan continues to expand her influence through virtual and in-person events, consulting on workplace equity strategies, and contributing thought leadership to major conferences and media platforms. Her expertise is sought by organizations aiming to drive sustainable culture change and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to launching S.H.E. GLOBL, Chan served as president of women’s entertainment company Shecky’s. She is an alumna of Smith College.
