Carl Seidman

Carl Seidman is a business advisor, educator, and keynote speaker specializing in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Seidman began his career at PwC before moving into consulting and later founding Seidman Financial, a practice focused on building effective FP&A functions and developing finance professionals into strategic business partners. His clients include startups, middle-market companies, and Fortune 500 corporations across North America and Europe, where he provides guidance on strategic financial planning, value enhancement, and organizational revitalization.

Seidman holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance and economics and a Master of Science in managerial accounting. He maintains professional credentials including CPA, CIRA, CFF, CFE, CGMA, and Accredited Member in Business Valuation. Seidman is a Certified Speaking Professional and a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Excel. His FP&A development methodologies and curricula are used by organizations as part of their Financial Leadership Development Programs. He has served as an adjunct professor in data analytics at Rice University and as adjunct faculty at the American Management Association, where he co-authored "AMA's 5-Day MBA."
