Brandon Marshall is a former National Football League (NFL) wide receiver turned media personality and entrepreneur. He played 13 seasons in the NFL for teams including the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and New York Jets. A six-time Pro Bowler, Marshall was known for his physical style of play and impressive receiving stats.
After retiring from football, he transitioned into sports media and podcasting. He is the co-founder and host of I Am Athlete, a popular podcast and media platform featuring candid discussions on sports, mental health, business, and culture. The show, which he launched with other former athletes, gained a strong following for its raw and insightful conversations. He is also the founder and CEO of House of Athlete, a lifestyle wellness brand built in collaboration with his wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall.
Marshall is also an advocate for mental health awareness, having publicly shared his diagnosis of borderline personality disorder and worked to reduce stigma around mental health issues in sports and beyond through the launch of his foundation, Project375.
