Bill Treasurer

Bill Treasurer is the founder of Giant Leap Consulting, a courage-building company. Giant Leap is on a mission to help people and organizations be more courageous. Bill is the author of the international bestseller, "Courage Goes to Work," used to teach workshops to thousands of executives in twelve countries on five continents. For over two decades, Bill has worked with leaders. These leaders are from such renowned organizations as NASA, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Home Depot, UBS Bank, Spanx, Southern Nuclear, Lenovo, eBay, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Bill is the author of six books. These include his newest, Leadership Two Words at a Time: Simple Truths for Leading Complicated People. The book serves as a playbook for new leaders and provides road-tested lessons gleaned from experienced leaders. Upon its release, the book became an Amazon bestseller. Leadership Two Words at a Time also received the Gold Medal from the National Nonfiction Bookseller Awards.

Prior to founding Giant Leap Consulting, Bill served as an executive in Accenture’s change management and human performance practice. Here he eventually becoming the $60 billion company’s first full-time internal executive coach. Bill attended West Virginia University on a full athletic scholarship and earned his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.

Bill serves on the board of ISA, an association of learning providers and organizational development professionals, and is a recipient of the association’s Outstanding Contribution Award.
