Anya Pechko is a digital wellness coach, strategist, and speaker whose work focuses on the intersection of technology, human behavior, and leadership. Pechko is the founder of Project Be, a platform dedicated to raising awareness about the challenges of social media and digital attachment. With a background as a corporate consultant spanning 25 years, she has integrated human-centric practices into professional environments to support business outcomes. Pechko holds a degree in psychology from New York University.
