Andy Ramage

Andy Ramage is a British entrepreneur, speaker and performance coach, and co-founder of Authentic Brew, a mother nature-powered energy drink and supplement company launched in 2025. Alongside Michael Mudie, he created a science-backed brand focused on nourishing mind, body and soul. Authentic Brew is made with 100% natural ingredients from land and sea and contains no alcohol, caffeine, sugar, chemicals, additives or artificial ingredients. The company commits 25% of net profits to the Authentic Brew Foundation, supporting sustainability and biodiversity restoration initiatives worldwide.

Ramage previously founded Aalpha Energy, where he developed solutions in the clean energy sector centered on sustainable power and energy independence. His work focused on scalable renewable technologies and grid modernization initiatives.

He is the founder of The Coach Business School & Consultancy, established in 2019. The organization specializes in training and mentoring aspiring coaches through a triple-accredited Diploma in coaching and the Coach MBA program, which helps accredited coaches build sustainable businesses. Ramage also provides one-on-one executive coaching to individuals and organizations seeking high-performance growth.

In addition, he serves as a lecturer at the Professional Football Association (PFA) Business School. Drawing on his background as a former professional footballer, stock brokerage founder and entrepreneur, he helps athletes prepare for life beyond sport. His teaching focuses on growth mindset, business fundamentals and the importance of building meaningful professional networks.

Ramage is also widely known for his alcohol-free advocacy. He co-founded the OneYearNoBeer movement and is co-creator of the Dryy alcohol-free app. Through keynote speaking engagements, corporate workshops and global events, he shares insights on performance, resilience, energy management and sustainable success.
