Andy Bernstein

Andy Bernstein is a recognized expert on stress, resilience, and human performance, and is the founder of Resilience Academy. As a teenager, Bernstein experienced the unexpected loss of his father and younger sister, which led him to seek effective ways to overcome challenges. Through extensive exploration of transformational processes, he identified that meaningful emotional and behavioral change stems from a fundamental shift in thinking.

Bernstein is the author of "The Myth of Stress" and its updated edition, "Breaking the Stress Cycle."
