Alex Toussaint is a pioneer in the fitness space with 8+ years experience as a professional cycling instructor. He got his first opportunity to teach spin at Flywheel Sports in 2013. Recruited by Peloton in 2015, Toussaint currently sits at the intersection of fitness, tech, music, sports and entertainment.
As a world class Peloton Cycling Instructor, Toussaint is a hybrid of high-performance athlete and motivational coach. Known for his tough-love approach and respected for his authenticity, Toussaint has become a titan of the Peloton community.
Off the bike, Toussaint is committed to having a positive impact in his community. In 2020, Toussaint founded the Do Better Foundation whose mission is to strengthen underserved communities by promoting wellness education and providing access to wellness resources.
Toussaint continues to build his platform to inspire and empower others.
