Aisha Dean

Aisha Dean is a keynote speaker, activist, and entrepreneur whose life and work are influenced by her connection to Rosa Parks, recognized as the mother of the civil rights movement. As the great-goddaughter of Parks, Dean maintains a personal relationship with the legacy of courage, justice, and self-determination that Parks represented. Dean's career in civil rights and empowerment is built on a range of life experiences and formal education. She spent her childhood in major American cities, including Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia, which broadened her perspective and developed her leadership skills. After attending Temple and Florida A&M Universities, Dean earned a bachelor's degree in business management. She pursued a career in the hotel and hospitality industry, holding positions such as guest service manager, catering service manager, and site representative at several hotels.

Dean is recognized as a motivational speaker and activist, delivering keynote addresses on civil rights, anti-racism, female empowerment, mental health, social justice, and personal growth.
