An internationally respected market and social behavior researcher, Carole Hyatt is a best-selling author and a worldwide lecturer. Hyatt is the world renowned author of the best-selling series: "The Women's Selling Games", "Women and Work", "When Smart People Fail", and "Shifting Gears." These are based on case studies of prominent and typical Americans and have been reviewed as "seminal works." She is also the author of "Lifetime Employability: How to Become Indispensable."

In today's rapidly changing workplace, people are required to take responsibility for managing their own careers. This fundamental shift is causing employees to reevaluate the work ethic from that of company loyalty to one of personal integrity.
