Katherine Kelly Lang was born on July 25, 1961 in Hollywood, CA, as Katherine Kelly Wegeman. She is best known for her role as Brooke Logan Forrester on "The Bold and the Beautiful" (1987–present).

Katherine Kelly Lang graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She is the daughter of Keith Wegeman, an Olympic long-jump skier and Judy Lang, a commercial actress. Granddaughter of famed cinematographer Charles Lang.

Katherine Kelly Lang is the devoted mother of Jeremy Skott Snider (born 1990), Julian Lang Snider (born 1992), Zoe Katrina D'Andrea (born 1997) and stepdaughter Danyelle Puschendorf D'Andrea (born 1991).

Her two sons, Jeremy and Julian, have both acted on "The Bold and the Beautiful." Jeremy played Eric Forrester, Jr. from 1990 to 1995, and Julian was a backup baby as Bridget Forrester in 1993. Eric Jr (Rick) and Bridget are the children of Brooke Logan, Katherine Kelly Lang's character.

Katherine Kelly Lang's first credit was a movie called "Skatetown, U.S.A." (1979), with Scott Baio, Maureen McCormick and Patrick Swayze. She guest starred in various television series such as "The Powers of Matthew Star" and "Masquerade," "Riptide," "Happy Days," "The Fall Guy," and HBO's "1st & Ten."

In 1985 Katherine Kelly Lang appeared in the music videos: The Beach Boys' "Getcha Back," and Alabama's "There's No Way."

In 1987, she was offered the part of Brooke Logan on CBS Daytime soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful," and has been an integral part of the program ever since. Her love affair with Ridge Forrester has been a key story arc for over 25 years, and a love triangle among Brooke, Ridge, and Taylor stretched across an entire decade.

In 1998 Katherine Kelly Lang appeared as Brooke Logan on B&B's sister show, "The Young and the Restless." She interacted with Eric Braeden, Peter Bergman, and Eileen Davidson. She previously appeared on "Y&R" as Gretchen in 1981. She returned to "Y&R" in July 2007 for a brief stint as Brooke.

Katherine Kelly Lang was nominated for seven Soap Opera Digest Awards for her work on "The Bold and the Beautiful" and was nominated for an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2013.
