Ziad Ahmed

Ziad Ahmed is a social entrepreneur, strategist, and speaker known for his expertise on Generation Z in the marketing and business sectors. As a teenager, Ahmed founded JUV Consulting, a Gen Z-focused company that connects clients with emerging cultural trends. He established the company after recognizing widespread misunderstandings about his generation. A graduate of Yale University, where he studied the impact of social media on politics, Ahmed developed JUV Consulting into a leading consultancy while completing his education.

JUV Consulting has worked with more than 300 clients, including over 30 Fortune 500 companies. Its client roster includes Lionsgate, Spotify, BET, Google, Instagram, Unilever, Converse, Nike, Levi's, and e.l.f. JUV Consulting has been profiled by the New York Times, launched purpose-driven media campaigns, and created ZCON, the first major industry conference featuring only Gen Z speakers. The firm has also been featured by Bloomberg Businessweek, Business Insider, and The TODAY Show. Refinery29 described JUV as "the largest and most popular Gen Z agency."

Ahmed was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list at age 19. He was selected as an inaugural Obama USA Leader by the Obama Foundation, and WWD recognized him as one of the world's "Most Influential ESG Leaders." He has also been named a "LinkedIn Top Voice." Beyond his marketing work, Ahmed is the founder and chairman of Redefy, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing social equality, which has been commended by President Barack Obama. Redefy has reached hundreds of thousands of young people digitally and established chapters in more than 10 countries.

JUV Consulting was acquired and rebranded as Next Gen, becoming a new practice within a major entertainment marketing division, where Ahmed continues to lead work at the intersection of content, community, and culture. He is also a sought-after public speaker, having delivered multiple TEDx talks and keynote speeches for organizations such as American Express, VidCon, and Verizon's BUILD Series.
