Wendy Herman is an accomplished fashion industry executive, entrepreneur and thought leader with more than three decades of experience shaping the U.S. intimates market. A pivotal moment in her career was being part of an industry-defining brand, beginning with the 1994 launch of Calvin Klein Underwear for Women, a milestone that transformed bras and underwear from functional necessities into modern fashion essentials.

Herman went on to hold senior leadership roles in public and private companies licensing globally recognized brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Lucky Brand, Nicole Miller and Natori, and is credited with transforming Yummie, marketed as Tummie, from a patented shapewear innovation into a category-leading lifestyle business. Her expertise spans brand strategy, product innovation, merchandising, global sourcing and retail execution across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.

As the founder and CEO of BRABAR, a mission-driven, social-first brand empowering Gen Z and Generation Alpha through comfort, confidence and education, Herman combines heritage experience with digital fluency. Under her leadership, BRABAR has built a strong multichannel presence and a growing TikTok community through its viral educational series, "Ask BRABAR."
