Wayne Hoffman

Wayne Hoffman is a mentalist and illusionist recognized for his contributions to the fields of magic, mentalism, and live entertainment. His interest in the mysterious began early, leading him to study magic and, through self-directed learning in sociology, psychology, and human behavior, develop the foundation for his performance skills. Hoffman performed his first paid show at age 15, launching a career that has included performances in 74 countries. His accomplishments include appearances on "Penn & Teller: Fool Us," where he successfully fooled the hosts, and receiving awards such as Variety Artist of the Year and Mentalist of the Year.

Hoffman has been featured on television programs including "America's Got Talent," "The TODAY Show," TLC, The Discovery Network, "Penn & Teller: Fool Us," "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," National Geographic Channel, CNN Money, France's Got Talent, The Science Channel, Britain's Got Talent, and "Masters of Illusion." His participation on NBC's "Phenomenon" brought national attention to his mentalism act, particularly his demonstration of changing traffic lights with his mind. Following this exposure, Hoffman appeared on additional major television shows and performed onstage with Penn & Teller at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
