As a speaker and trainer, she works with companies, schools, and public sector organizations across the UK and Ireland to embed equality into everyday practice. As a coach, she supports leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Méndez Mesón has worked with organizations including Microsoft, AON, Lavazza, Cirrus, and Sensata, delivering keynotes, workshops, and training that create lasting cultural change.
With corporate experience at Deloitte and PwC, she brings both strategic insight and critical feminist perspective to her work. Her approach is rooted in critical thinking, empathy, and practical tools that people can use immediately.
When not speaking or coaching, Méndez Mesón writes regularly on Substack, exploring the intersection of gender, leadership, and everyday life.
She is the author of "Childhood Unlimited: Parenting Beyond the Gender Bias." She has also written the "Mika & Lolo" children's book series, two books of essays, and was one of the 125 thought leaders/authors of “Diverse Educators: a Manifesto” published by University of Buckingham Press.
