Victoria Stilwell

Victoria Stilwell, best known as the star of the international television series "It's Me or the Dog," has filmed over 150 episodes for Animal Planet, Channel 4, and the Really Channel. Beyond her work on this program, she has served as a judge on CBS's "Greatest American Dog" and as a behaviour specialist for Sky TV's "Dogs Might Fly.” As an editor-in-chief of Positively.com and the CEO of Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Training (VSPDT), Stilwell continues to contribute to the discourse surrounding dog behaviour and training.

Stilwell's influence extends beyond television as she has authored five best-selling books, including "It’s Me or the Dog – How to Have the Perfect Pet" and "The Ultimate Guide to Raising a Puppy." Her work in the field of dog training and behaviour has been recognised with multiple international awards, such as Dog Trainer of the Year at the Purina ProPlan Dog awards. Beyond her individual accolades, she also serves as the resident pet expert on CNN's HLN and BBC’s One Show, further cementing her status as an authority in her field.

In addition to her broadcast and literary accomplishments, Stilwell also serves on the Advisory Boards for DogTV, Dognition, The Grey Muzzle Organization, RedRover, and Canine Assistants. Her commitment to animal welfare is further demonstrated by her role as the National Ambassador for the American Humane Association and her ambassadorship for the RSPCA and the Soi Dog Foundation. She also founded the Victoria Stilwell Foundation to support assistance dog organizations and promote positive reinforcement dog training, further highlighting her dedication to the well-being of animals.
