As the CEO and founder of Mattingly Solutions, a woman-owned workplace inclusion consulting firm, her mission is to use organizational science to improve the human experience at work -- especially for underrepresented and historically excluded groups.

With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, Dr. V specializes in turning abstract concepts like inclusion and allyship into actionable, measurable constructs.
