Victoria Garrick Browne is a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, TEDx speaker, and former Division I athlete who has become a leading mental health advocate, content creator, podcast host, and public speaker. Garrick Browne was a four-year starter and PAC-12 Champion on the University of Southern California Women's Volleyball Team, finishing her collegiate career ranked among the top five in program history for digs. While achieving athletic success, she privately faced anxiety and depression as a student-athlete, an experience that highlighted the prevalence and stigma of mental health challenges in sports and motivated her advocacy efforts.

Garrick Browne began sharing her mental health journey in her TEDx Talk, "The Hidden Opponent," which addresses the mental health crisis among student-athletes.
