Valerie Won Lee

Valerie Won Lee is a leadership futurist, keynote speaker and creator of the AI-Augmented Collective Intelligence SIG framework, helping organizations make better decisions in an increasingly complex and AI-driven world.

With more than 25 years of international experience spanning leadership, innovation, branding, social impact and cross-cultural strategy, Lee works with executives, leadership teams, governments, universities and NGOs to improve decision-making, align stakeholders and solve complex challenges. Her work combines human intelligence, diverse perspectives, systems thinking and artificial intelligence to help leaders move beyond faster decisions toward better decisions.

Lee is the creator of the Decision Shapers and Social-Impact-Global, or SIG, frameworks, which form the foundation of her executive labs, workshops and keynote presentations. Her engaging and practical talks equip leaders with tools to navigate uncertainty, reduce blind spots and build organizations that are more innovative, collaborative and resilient in the age of AI.

Her experience includes work connected to the U.N. Global Platform, SAP, HPE, LVMH, Issey Miyake, Amnesty International and the Pasteur Institute. She has spoken at South Summit Madrid, QS Higher Ed Summit APAC, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Bristol and Korea University Business School.
