Val Whiting is a former Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA0 player, two-time NCAA champion at Stanford University, and certified mental performance coach who helps athletes and high performers build confidence that shows up under pressure.

On paper, her career was elite. She was a two-time All-American, Stanford’s all-time leading scorer and rebounder, and went on to play professionally in both the ABL and WNBA.
