Trent Leyshan

Trent Leyshan is an Australian sales training expert, author, and conference speaker with a background in sales and leadership development. Leyshan began his career in challenging sales environments, including door-to-door insurance sales and tradeshow presentations, before taking on a national sales manager role at Big Kev's. Under the mentorship of Kevin McQuay, Leyshan developed public speaking and sales skills that shaped his professional trajectory. He later led sales teams in advertising and digital agencies and built two companies from small operations into established businesses.

Leyshan is the founder of BOOM! Sales, a sales training and consulting company focused on enhancing team and customer engagement and implementing sales processes that support scalable growth and profitability. With more than 20 years of experience in sales training and keynote speaking, Leyshan has contributed to the sales success of a range of organizations, including Aon, Toyota, Tesla, Lexus, Qantas, Crown Resorts, EnergyAustralia, NAB, Woolworths, and AGL.

As an author, Leyshan has written two business books: "The Naked Salesman," which explores authenticity and purpose in sales, and "Outlaw," a guide to unconventional selling strategies. Both books have been recognized by sales professionals and business leaders. His third book, "Kind Warrior," expands on his philosophy of purpose-driven leadership and personal resilience.

In addition to his books, Leyshan created the BOOM! Sales App, a sales training application for sales professionals, and hosts two podcasts focused on sales and leadership. As a keynote speaker, Leyshan is known for presentations that combine research with innovative delivery methods, encouraging action and supporting change within organizations.
