Travis Frederick

Travis Frederick is known as a leading center in NFL history, anchoring the Dallas Cowboys' offensive line during his professional football career. Drafted in the first round, Frederick became the first rookie center in Cowboys history to start every game and earned a spot on the NFL All-Rookie team. During six seasons, he was selected to five Pro Bowls and named All-Pro three times, establishing himself as a key figure on one of the league's strongest offensive lines. Frederick became the highest-paid center in the NFL at the time of his contract extension.

Frederick's career included overcoming significant challenges, including a diagnosis of Guillain–Barré syndrome, a rare autoimmune disorder that temporarily sidelined him. He returned to the field after his diagnosis and continued to perform at a high level before retiring to focus on his long-term health and family. Frederick has spoken publicly about his health journey, sharing perspectives on overcoming adversity and prioritizing personal well-being.

Beyond football, Frederick is the co-founder and chief operating officer of the Blocking Hunger Foundation, an organization focused on combating childhood hunger. He is also the co-founder of Demiplane, a digital hub for tabletop role-playing games.
