Traci Saulsberry

Traci Saulsberry is a communications executive, board director, and author with 15+ years of experience shaping corporate narrative, brand strategy, thought-leadership and reputation management across entertainment, media, startups, and technology.

At 27, she became one of the youngest Black executives at NBC, where she led publicity campaigns for top franchises including "The Voice" and "America’s Got Talent." She later joined Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service, where she built and led the Originals communications team from the ground up. Under her leadership, Peacock scaled into a $2B business in two years, launched cultural hits such as "Bel-Air," "Saved by the Bell," and "Girls5eva," and secured more than 120 awards nominations in under two years.

Today, Saulsberry advises founders, executives, and growth-stage companies — including B2B SaaS and early-stage startups — on how to define their voice, shape perception, and tell stories that resonate with investors, customers, and audiences. She currently serves on the board of the Scatter Joy Project, contributing expertise in communications, brand development, and partnerships to support organizational growth and governance.

Beyond corporate leadership, Saulsberry is an on-camera and voiceover host for Calm, the #1 app for meditation and sleep, where she leads programs on workplace wellbeing, professional growth, and navigating world events.

Her debut book, "This Is How You Love Her," is set to release in the fall of 2026.
