Torrey DeVitto

Torrey DeVitto is an American actress, musician, and philanthropist known for her work in television drama, film, and music. DeVitto began her career in commercials before transitioning to acting, securing her first starring role as Karen Kerr on the ABC Family drama series "Beautiful People." She went on to appear in recurring roles as Carrie in The CW drama series "One Tree Hill," Melissa Hastings in the ABC Family/Freeform mystery drama series "Pretty Little Liars," and Dr. Meredith Fell in The CW fantasy drama series "The Vampire Diaries." DeVitto has described her role as Melissa Hastings on "Pretty Little Liars" as particularly challenging.

On "Chicago Med," DeVitto played the Physician of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the fictional Gaffney Chicago Medical Center. Her experience working in hospice care informed her portrayal and connection to the character.
