Tonya M. Williams

Tonya M. Williams is a nationally recognized real estate broker, HGTV personality, and lifestyle expert with a career spanning real estate, design, and media. Williams has been a top-producing Realtor in Atlanta for more than 20 years, establishing a reputation in the residential real estate market. She was selected as HGTV's real estate expert on "Designed to Sell" and "Bang for Your Buck," chosen from among hundreds of Atlanta Realtors who auditioned for the role. Williams is the founder and CEO of Williams Realty & Consulting, Inc., a boutique real estate and consulting firm that includes a décor division assisting clients with home décor, renovations, and design to create comfortable living spaces.

Williams has achieved significant recognition in the real estate industry, ranking as the No. 74 RE/MAX sales agent nationwide out of 58,000 agents and the No. 5 RE/MAX sales agent in Georgia out of 5,000 agents in a standout year. She has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Sales Club.
