Toni Horn

Toni Horn is a renowned neurodiversity consultant and the Founder of Think Differently Coaching. Her journey in embracing and understanding neurodiversity is deeply personal. Diagnosed with Autism at 40 and living with Dyslexia, Horn's experiences have transitioned from seeing these aspects as challenges in her childhood education to recognizing them as her unique edge in adulthood. This transformation fuels her passion for empowering neurodivergent individuals and helping them and the organizations they work for to appreciate and utilize the advantages of neurodiversity.

Horn's professional path at Barclays, spanning 17 years in diverse roles, including Relationship Manager and Regional Leader, culminated in her role as the UK Neurodiversity Co-Chair Support Lead. There, she coached colleagues with Dyslexia and championed neurodiversity awareness, paving the way for her venture into Think Differently Consulting in 2022. As the Director, Horn leads the effort in harnessing the transformative power of neurodiversity in the workplace.
