Taran Killam

Taran Killam, an actor and comedian, garnered attention for his notable tenure on "Saturday Night Live" from 2010 to 2016. His diverse acting prowess led him to roles in various genres, ranging from comedy to drama, and from the stage to the screen. Significant highlights include his performance as King George III in the Broadway sensation "Hamilton" from January to April 2017 and his portrayal of Lancelot in "Spamalot" at the St. James Theatre from October 2023 to January 2024. Killam also lent his voice to various characters, notably the title character in the PBS children's series "Nature Cat."

Building on his comedic roots, Killam was a member of The Groundlings, a Los Angeles-based improv and sketch-comedy troupe until 2012. His foray into production emerged with the comic hitman film "Killing Gunther," in which he served as producer, scriptwriter, director, and lead actor, premiering in fall 2017. His skills further extended to television, with a leading role in the comedy pilot "Single Parents" for ABC, which premiered in September 2018, and a recurring role as Ludo Radovic in "High Potential," which began airing on ABC in 2024.

He voiced various characters in "Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures" from 2023 to 2024 and played St. Pierre in "The Residence" starting in 2025. That same year, he also co-starred in the NBC cheerleading sitcom "Stumble." He also revisited his SNL roots in the "Saturday Night Live 50th Anniversary Special" on NBC. Apart from his acting career, Killam demonstrated his creative versatility by authoring "The Illegitimates," a six-issue comic miniseries published by IDW Publishing, which debuted in December 2013.
