Tamara Loehr

Tamara Loehr is an entrepreneur, impact investor, and growth advisor with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses in the beauty, wellness, and digital marketing industries. Loehr launched her first business, a branding and marketing agency, at age 19 after earning a Bachelor of Visual Arts. She became a self-funded entrepreneur, creating and selling eco-luxe beauty and wellness products direct to consumers online.

Loehr has been recognized by Forbes as one of the Top 11 Most Impactful Female Leaders and appeared on the Top 300 Real Leaders list. Through the Entrepreneurs' Organization, she adopted the sweat equity business model, growing a wellness company from under $1 million to over $10 million in annual turnover in less than two years without capital investment. Her approach has earned her global recognition, including a Gold Stevie Award for Women in Business in the Fast Growing Company of the Year category. Loehr also served as president of the Queensland Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and is an alumna of the Entrepreneurs Masters Program at MIT, known as Birthing of Giants.

Loehr is the co-founder of House of Beusail, a group of beauty and wellness brands that are vegan, female-founded, cruelty-free, sustainable, and committed to zero waste. She has invested in brands such as Gutsii, a gut health functional snack company, and Hot Tresses, a premium vegan haircare brand. Hot Tresses became available at outlets including Nordstrom and Hudson Bay and was featured on QVC's Beauty IQ, while Gutsii expanded to 600 stores in six weeks and is available in multiple countries. Loehr is co-CEO of Enterprise Growth Systems, where she advises mid-sized companies on scaling with purpose through agile, AI-integrated, and offshore team structures.

Loehr is the author of the book "Balance is BS," which serves as a handbook for women who are primary breadwinners. In the book, she shares her formula for achieving a work/life blend to scale a business without burnout, addressing challenges faced by entrepreneurs and misconceptions about work-life compromise. A portion of profits from the book supports Buy1Give1, providing business loans to women in developing countries for every 200 books sold.

As an impact investor and online strategist, Loehr advises privately owned companies with $50 million or more in revenue, with $4 billion in funds under mentoring. She has mentored hundreds of women in growing their businesses to seven, eight, and nine figures. As a keynote speaker, Loehr addresses topics including business growth, female leadership, entrepreneurship, ESG, ethics and integrity, sustainability, and women's empowerment, providing expertise to audiences across industries.
