Tabitha Christopher is a keynote speaker, certified performance coach, and entrepreneur whose career spans entertainment, athletics, and transformational coaching. Christopher is an author and success coach with experience as an athlete and actress, and describes herself as a storyteller, recalling being paid for public speaking at age 13. By her early teens, she had written, cast, directed, and produced her first play, and her passion for storytelling led her to work in the entertainment industry as an actress for 10 years. That foundation in performance and communication shaped a career dedicated to helping others find and own their voice.

Christopher spent two decades working as a certified personal trainer, building training and lifestyle programs for military personnel, athletes, CEOs, and Hollywood professionals. In her role as an award-winning trainer, she customized health programs designed to transform not only the body but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of her clients, supporting their leadership roles in various environments. After years focused primarily on the physical aspects of well-being, Christopher transitioned to delivering mindstyle makeover services through speaking events, online courses, books, and one-on-one consultations, emphasizing holistic wellness and personal development.

Christopher's personal story is central to her message. Childhood trauma, including abuse, were topics she long refused to acknowledge due to cultural stigma. As a college student and exercise science major, she experienced a near-fatal health crisis during an internship, which became a turning point. Christopher realized the impact of unforgiveness on health and began a process of forgiveness, which informs her approach to resilience and mental health. Her message encourages audiences to shift focus from obstacles to opportunities and solutions.

After closing her training business, Christopher established the Tabitha Christopher Coaching Center, a consulting company providing healthy mindstyle and lifestyle solutions.
