Susan Odle

Susan Odle is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and author with more than two decades of leadership experience in sales, channels, professional services, and operations. Odle founded 8020CS, a change management company focused on guiding businesses through complex transformations, and has held executive roles including chief operating officer at BDO Lixar and vice president of operations at both GFI Software and Youi.TV. She has worked with organizations ranging from startups to companies with $800 million in annual revenue, specializing in operationalizing change within the technology sector.

Odle’s experience spans collaboration with marketing and finance leadership, and she has been recognized among the top 50 women in SaaS by the Software Report for her impact in software-as-a-service operations, including reducing sales operations costs and increasing channel satisfaction at GFI Software. Her expertise in SaaS, change management, and technology operations has established her as a leader in the industry.

Odle is the author of "Successful Change," a book that outlines strategies for effective business transformation. Her writing and speaking engagements draw on a career that includes multiple exits, lessons from both successes and failures, and insights into overcoming organizational challenges. Odle joined StorMagic as chief growth officer and was later appointed chief executive officer, where she led the company through the launch of SvHCI, a full-stack hyperconverged infrastructure solution positioned as a VMware alternative. This product release contributed to significant growth in the company’s qualified sales pipeline. As CEO, Odle focuses on leveraging StorMagic’s support ratings, product differentiation, and presence in key vertical markets to help customers reduce hardware costs and optimize server fleets amid changing market conditions.
