Stephen Ojji is a global change-leadership consultant, keynote speaker and author, regarded as a leading voice on identity-based change management and leadership succession. Ojji's core message is that lasting transformation begins with identity before activity: organizations do not change behavior by rewriting processes alone, but by reshaping how their people see themselves, their authority and their responsibility. For more than two decades, Ojji has carried that conviction into boardrooms and front lines across Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States, advising leaders in energy, construction, data centers and education through moments of high-stakes change. He is the founder of Stephen Ojji International Corporation, a consulting and change management practice built around this identity-first approach.

Ojji's expertise spans change management, leadership succession, digital transformation and intelligent safety systems. Ojji is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership candidate at Oral Roberts University and holds an MBA. He is a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, and a Prosci change practitioner.
