Stephen Chbosky is an established film director, screenwriter, and author recognized for his extensive contributions to various facets of the entertainment industry. Chbosky first gained major attention for his bestselling novel "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," which he later adapted into a film he directed and released in 2012. His filmography continued to expand with the 2017 film "Wonder" and the 2021 film adaptation of "Dear Evan Hansen." Beyond his directorial feats, Chbosky showcased his writing prowess by publishing his first psychological horror novel, "Imaginary Friend," in October 2019.
