
Stephanie Simpson is an artist, keynote speaker, executive coach, educator, and author whose work focuses on the intersection of psychology, performance, and mindfulness. She is the author of "The 21-Day Stress Management Workbook: A Holistic, Interactive Guide to Redefining Your Relationship to Stress," a resource that explores how stress, when properly understood, can be transformed into a catalyst for growth and peak performance.
