Stacey Hines

Stacey Hines is a professional speaker and leader at the intersection of technology, wellness, and leadership. With expertise in life strategy and digital transformation, Hines has developed a diverse corporate background across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. She has held positions in technology leadership, fostered global partnerships, and pursued entrepreneurial ventures. As a tech sector leader with more than 20 years of experience, her work with companies in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and the Caribbean has supported product and strategy development, resulting in over $100 million in revenue across her portfolio. Hines serves as president of the Jamaica Technology and Digital Alliance.

Hines’s career and personal mission were shaped by significant adversity, including a breast cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgeries, which led to a period of clinical depression and psychiatric care. Drawing from these experiences, she focused on the power of intention and deliberate action, emerging with a commitment to help other women navigate challenges such as workaholism, burnout, and unconscious bias in the corporate world.

After serving as an executive in corporate technology and strategy, Hines founded Epic Transformation, a coaching and leadership development company dedicated to supporting individuals and businesses in achieving wellness-driven leadership. She also developed "Femme Powered," a framework and community designed to help women achieve success and fulfillment in their careers and personal lives. Hines is the creator and host of the podcast "The Balanced Lady Boss Show," which provides guidance for professional women seeking holistic success and strategies to avoid overwhelm and burnout.

Hines authored the photo memoir "5 Year Love Affair," chronicling her transformation after personal and professional setbacks, including breast cancer and financial challenges.
