Sherri Snelling

Sherri Snelling is the CEO and founder of "Caregiving Club," a gerontologist, author, and nationally recognized expert on America’s 65 million family caregivers. She specializes in helping caregivers balance self-care with caring for a loved one, offering practical guidance and emotional support grounded in both research and real-world experience.

Snelling is the author of "A Cast of Caregivers: Celebrity Stories to Help You Prepare to Care," which features interviews with well-known figures who have served as caregivers, alongside expert advice and self-care strategies. Her work highlights the universal challenges of caregiving while providing actionable tools for navigating them.

She has been recognized as one of the Top Ten Influencers on Alzheimer’s by Sharecare, the health and media platform co-founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz. Snelling is also the former chairperson of the "National Alliance for Caregiving," a leading nonprofit advocacy organization based in Washington, DC.
