Shereen Pavlides

Shereen Pavlides is a professionally trained chef, cookbook author, and social media culinary influencer known for her from-scratch cooking philosophy. Pavlides graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City with a degree in culinary arts, completed an externship at Good Housekeeping Magazine's test kitchen, and interned at the Fountain Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia under chef Martin Hamann. This foundation in professional kitchens and food media has supported a multifaceted career in the culinary industry.

Pavlides has experience in television and print, serving as a spokesperson and on-air guest at QVC for Cook's Essentials, QVC's proprietary brand of cookware, bakeware, appliances, and culinary gadgets. She presented and demonstrated across more than 186 live airings to a national audience. Pavlides hosted "Cook This! with Shereen," a weekly digital video series for GateHouse Media, and wrote a weekly food column for newspapers including Bucks County Courier Times, Burlington County Times, The Intelligencer, The Herald Standard, and Timesonline.com. She also contributed to TLC's show "Cake Boss" under baker Buddy Valastro. Her work in print journalism was recognized with a First Place Professional Keystone Press Award for Video Story for "Cook This! with Shereen: Summer Jersey Corn Gazpacho."

Pavlides is the author of two cookbooks: "Cooking with Shereen from Scratch, Because You Can" and "Cooking with Shereen, RockStar Dinners." Her debut cookbook originated from the "Cooking With Shereen" brand and features 60 recipes focused on making food from scratch without reliance on frozen or precooked ingredients. Pavlides co-starred in the Fox Nation TV series "American Kitchen," joining chef David Burke and chef Brooke Baevsky to prepare a holiday meal. She has partnered with more than 50 brands, including All-Clad, KitchenAid, Amazon, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Wolf/Sub-Zero, Christian Dior, and Lexus.

Pavlides reaches a global audience through social media, with millions of followers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Her Banana Bread recipe was recognized as "best snack" of the year on TikTok and she has been featured on Good Morning America for food recipes and trends. Pavlides is recognized for her "homemade made easy" approach and her ability to inspire confidence in home cooks, making her a trusted voice in the culinary and food media industry.
