Shelby Darrall

Shelby Darrall is a country singer-songwriter known for her distinctive voice and personal storytelling, establishing a presence in Nashville's music industry. Darrall began her career performing in the tasting rooms of wineries in Calistoga, California, influenced by her father, a member of the country rock band Silver Creek. She later moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Belmont University, where she became involved in the country music community and signed a worldwide publishing deal with Reservoir.

Darrall has co-written with industry professionals including Brett James, Troy Verges, and Emily Weisband, and collaborated with artists such as Jake Owen, Larry Fleet, and Josh Kerr. Her musical influences range from Alabama, The Eagles, and Eric Church to Cher, Etta James, and The Dixie Chicks. Producer Ron Fair worked with Darrall on her debut EP, "Entertainment For The Brokenhearted," a six-track collection featuring songs inspired by her own experiences and focusing on themes of heartbreak and loss.

The EP's first song, "Love Me When I'm Leavin'," was recognized by People as a notable heartbreak anthem and was featured on Sirius XM's "The Highway." Darrall's music has accumulated millions of streams since her initial release. She followed with a second EP, "Melt," which she debuted at the Ryman Auditorium while opening for Larry Fleet. The EP includes tracks such as "Melt" and "Little Man," the latter described by Darrall as a song encouraging listeners to take control of their lives.

Darrall's songs have been featured on major playlists, including Apple Music's Today's Country and Country Risers, and she has opened for artists such as Sam Hunt, Little Big Town, Jake Owen, Brett Eldredge, and on Restless Road's Bar Friends Tour. She has also performed with Old Dominion and Eric Church. Darrall continues to release new singles and develop a full-length project, maintaining a focus on authentic songwriting and live performance within the country music genre.
