Shed Simove

Sheridan Simove is a British entrepreneur, author, performer, and motivational speaker known for his work in television production, product innovation, and creative business strategies. After earning a degree in experimental psychology at Balliol College, Oxford, and working at DisneyWorld in Florida, Simove began his television career, contributing to programs including "The Big Breakfast," "Space Cadets," and "Big Brother." He served as commissioning editor for Big Brother and played a role in launching the careers of Kelly Brook, Tess Daly, and Russell Brand.

Transitioning from television to entrepreneurship, Simove established a merchandising business focused on conceptual gifts, executive toys, adult sweets, books, and greeting cards. His products have sold more than 1.5 million units worldwide. Simove received the Gift of the Year Award twice, for birthday candles spelling "You're Old" and for the "Sound Machine." His ventures also include a documentary in which he went undercover as a 16-year-old schoolboy and the creation of his own currency, the EGO.

Simove is recognized internationally as the author of "What Every Man Thinks About Apart From Sex," a book consisting entirely of blank pages. The book achieved significant global attention, reached number 44 in Amazon rankings, was translated into several languages, and appeared in the Guinness Book of Records for "Most Blank Pages in a Published Book." His other titles include "Ideas Man," a memoir detailing his entrepreneurial journey, and "Success or Your Money Back," a guide outlining strategies for business success.

As a keynote speaker, Simove addresses topics such as creativity, innovation, and experimental psychology, providing practical insights for business audiences. He has presented to organizations including Google, Lego, BBC, eBay, and Sony. Simove advocates for learning through experimentation and incorporates these experiences into his books, presentations, and speeches on creative thinking and business innovation.
