Shaurice Evette Mullins

Dr. Shaurice Evette Mullins, widely known as Dr. M, is a serial entrepreneur whose career spans disaster recovery, personal empowerment, holistic health, and global entrepreneurship. Mullins has more than 25 years of experience in emergency management, disaster response, and grant management, building a reputation for resilience and adaptability. Her background includes a bachelor's degree in emergency management and homeland security and a Ph.D. in philosophy and holistic health.

Mullins serves as president and CEO of The Elite Group, Inc., Elite Disaster Consulting International, Shaurice Mullins International, Shaurice Mullins International of The Gambia, and Inner Design Mastermind. She is recognized for her expertise in FEMA grant management, public assistance, hazard mitigation, and federal policy advice. Through Elite Disaster Consulting, a minority-owned corporation, Mullins has led teams in disaster response and program administration, supporting recovery efforts after tornadoes, earthquakes, and hurricanes. Her company has provided assistance to individuals, FEMA, and state and local officials following Hurricanes Floyd, Irene, Sandy, Maria, and Ida. Internationally, Mullins has directed projects in The Gambia, including the installation of boreholes, deep wells, and light poles to improve access to clean water and electricity.
