Shaneé Morgan, PsyD

Dr. Shaneé C. Morgan, PsyD, is a national empowerment speaker, professional development strategist, leadership consultant, and self-published author whose work centers on resilience and leadership development. Morgan holds a Doctorate in Psychology and has a background in human development, behavioral health leadership, and public administration. She combines academic expertise with personal experience to promote growth and inclusive leadership in diverse environments.

As founder of Dennis-Morgan Coaching & Consulting Services, Morgan draws on her experiences as a childhood trauma survivor and her educational journey in human development, public administration and social change psychology, and behavioral health leadership psychology. With more than 20 years of experience in education, behavioral health, leadership, and professional development consulting, Morgan collaborates with organizations across California and the United States to support leadership development and team performance.

Morgan has served as a social services practitioner, program facilitator, consultant, and professional development strategist, providing consultation to individuals and families and delivering training for educators, social and behavioral services professionals, and corporate professionals. Her training topics address workplace quality and are tailored to meet the needs of employees, managers, and executives through onsite and virtual sessions.

Morgan’s memoir, "Shaken Yet Here I Stand," recounts her experiences growing up in 5th Ward Houston, Texas, during the crack epidemic, and explores themes of trauma, resilience, and healing. The book has received a five-star rating on Amazon and is noted for its candid narrative.

Morgan is recognized by the National Society of Leadership and Success and Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology. She provides motivational speaking on topics such as resilience, overcoming adversity, and goal setting. Her presentations focus on empowering audiences, particularly youth and young adults, to pursue personal and professional growth.
