Sean Connolly

Sean Connolly is a Belfast-based performance enhancement specialist, emotional intelligence expert and founder of the Tools for Life Core Method, with nearly four decades of experience helping individuals and organizations perform at their best under pressure.

Connolly was the first external facilitator to deliver resilience training for the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, helping personnel prepare for the psychological demands and trauma associated with their role. He has coached world-class stage artists, championship boxers, Olympic champions and professional golfers and has worked with organizations including Bank of Ireland.

Holding six professional diplomas, Connolly is also the author of five books -- two for dancers, one for golfers and two on personal development.

Often described as the "last stop" for professional golfers and elite athletes who already have nutritionists and sports psychologists but are still underperforming, Connolly is recognized for identifying the hidden barriers that others overlook.

Raised in Belfast during the Troubles and shaped by a lifelong involvement in boxing and martial arts, Connolly's understanding of resilience is grounded in both lived experience and professional practice. In 1998, he became the first Westerner to complete the traditional fire-walking ritual at Sri Mariamman Temple in Singapore.
