Scott Mann

Scott Mann is the co-chief executive officer and founder of Flawless, a Hollywood-based artificial intelligence company pioneering filmmaker tools designed to solve some of the entertainment industry’s biggest challenges.

A director and producer, Mann’s film credits include “Fall,” “Heist,” “Final Score” and “The Tournament.” He has worked with a wide range of A-list talent, including Robert De Niro, Pierce Brosnan, Dave Bautista, Robert Carlyle, Kate Bosworth, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Bruce Willis.

Mann co-founded Flawless to help transform an industry facing rising production costs, outdated tools and limited global reach. He has also been outspoken about the threat of intellectual property violations by major technology companies and the urgent need to protect artistic rights.

Under Mann’s leadership, Flawless has collaborated with guilds, agencies and studios to develop what it calls the world’s first legitimate AI enterprise platform, built to safeguard creators while offering cinematic, licensable outputs for studios, advertisers and artists. Its suite of tools includes DeepEditor, which enables elemental editing, performance adjustments and dialogue creation without costly reshoots; TrueSync, which delivers cinematic lip-syncing in more than 30 languages to expand global storytelling; and the Artistic Rights Treasury (A.R.T.), a system that ensures studios and artists can protect their intellectual property.

By bringing together filmmakers, editors, scientists and technologists, Flawless aims to advance generative AI in service of storytelling. Mann emphasizes that the company’s mission is not about replacing humans, but about ensuring stories are told exactly as they were intended.
