Sarah Cruddas

Sarah Cruddas is a Los Angeles-based space journalist, international TV host, and award-winning author with an academic background in astrophysics. A recognized thought leader in the commercial space sector, Cruddas is also a Fellow at MIT’s Aurelia Institute.

Cruddas has authored five acclaimed books on space exploration and has hosted multiple primetime science shows across major networks, including "Contact" on Discovery Channel and "Unexplained" on History Channel. She is a familiar face to viewers of NBC, BBC, ITN, and Sky News, where she reports on space exploration and science. As a presenter and co-executive producer, she hosts the Where’s My Jetpack? podcast series and numerous corporate podcasts. Additionally, Cruddas has served as a producer for key documentary films such as "The Last Man on the Moon" and "Mission Control Movie."

As a journalist, Cruddas has reported on space and science from across the world, including special reports from Central Africa, Tibet, Ukraine and North Korea. Her goal is to inspire audiences from diverse backgrounds about the possibilities of space and the benefits to all our lives.

As a professional speaker and event host, she has extensive experience across the world delivering high profile keynote addresses, moderating events and panels, and hosting high level corporate and brand presentations. Cruddas has worked with elite clients and high-profile individuals including Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Ariane Group, NASA, ESA, Gates Foundation, VMWare, University of Cambridge, Smithsonian Institute, Buzz Aldrin and Jeff Bezos.

Cruddas began her career in the United Kingdom as a BBC News presenter and science correspondent, reporting on space and science from across the globe.
