Rosie Zilinskas

Rosie Zilinskas is a keynote speaker for high-performing women in the corporate world. She is the creator of The Articulation Gap, a three-pillar method that helps strong performers translate their work into the impact leadership recognizes and rewards. She is also the founder of No Woman Left Behind, the platform and podcast where she equips corporate women with the language to make their contributions visible at the levels where promotion decisions get made.

After a 30-plus-year corporate career that included serving as Executive Vice President at AIG Private Client Group, Zilinskas saw firsthand how often strong performers were overlooked. Not because they lacked results. Because their impact was not clearly articulated in the language leadership uses to make decisions.

Her signature keynote, "You Never Said Anything: Why High Performers Get Passed Over," challenges the outdated belief that career stalls are a confidence issue. They are not.
