Ronni Litz Julien

Ronni Litz Julien, MS, RDN/LDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, author, and media health personality with a career spanning more than three decades. Julien holds a Master of Science from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University in Miami. She has developed nutritional and behavioral programs for clients of all ages, corporations, and spas. As the founder and president of Julien Nutrition Institute, Julien provides evidence-based guidance to support sustainable lifestyle changes.

Julien's areas of expertise include disease prevention, weight management, heart disease, diabetes, eating disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, plant-based nutrition, cancer, substance abuse, and other nutrition-related concerns. She has designed individualized nutrition and behavioral programs and has taught Honors Nutritional Science, AP Biology, and Biology at Nova Southeastern University's University School. Julien has also served as a grant reviewer for the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Women's Health.

Julien is the author of "What Should I Feed My Kids? How to Keep Your Children Healthy by Teaching Them to Eat Right," "The Trans Fat Free Kitchen," and "The Everything Cooking for Kids" from The Everything Series. She has contributed as a childhood nutrition expert for Discovery Kids Channel and serves as the ABC/WPLG Local 10.com Family Nutrition Correspondent. Julien consults with national and local media on nutrition and healthy eating and is a volunteer spokesperson for the American Heart Association campaign on childhood obesity.

Julien has been recognized as Greater Miami Dietitian of the Year and has been featured in numerous national news stories. She has been acknowledged by South Florida Business Journal as one of its Heavy Hitters in Health Care and by Miami-Dade County as part of its Herstory: Beyond Julia's Daughters recognition. Julien is a frequent webinar presenter on topics such as "How to Live Well to 100 Years Old" and "Top Health and Lifestyle Trends," addressing audiences from wellness companies to financial institutions. She speaks on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy living.
