Roni Millard

Roni Millard is a respected voice in business and wellbeing, with a 30-year executive career spanning marketing, sales and transformation across global brands. Millard is the founder of The Wellbeing Edge, a wellness and performance consultancy that supports organizations to strengthen psychological safety, reduce burnout, build resilience and enable sustainable high performance through keynotes, tailored programs and coaching.

Millard is a strong advocate for ambition and achievement, but never at the expense of health. Her work is informed by lived experience, including navigating endometriosis, miscarriage, osteoporosis, burnout and a breast cancer diagnosis, which reshaped how she views performance, leadership and success.

A certified NLP life coach and an author with a forthcoming book, Millard blends strategy with deep empathy and practical insight. She coaches executives, particularly women, delivers impactful workplace programs and speaks on burnout prevention, psychological safety and redefining success.

Millard is a mentor with the Women's Resilience Centre and chair of Business Women Australia's Marketing Subcommittee.

Beyond her work, Millard is a proud mother of three, wife and dog lover with two energetic fur babies. She thrives on time with her tight-knit circle of friends and family and keeps herself grounded through her love of exercise, whether running, lifting weights or pushing herself in races.
